Marketing Operations Senior Associate – EMEA Alliances

About the role

PwC's EMEA Alliances Impact Centre (EAIC) brings together strategy, data, cross-functional collaboration and technology to scale how PwC and its alliance partners such as SAP, Microsoft, Salesforce, AWS and Google Cloud deliver impact. The team supports smarter decisions and operational excellence across alliance programmes. EAIC is looking for a Marketing Operations Senior Associate to plan, execute and measure EMEA alliance campaigns, combining financial and organisational discipline (including MDF management) with operational rigour and AI-enabled improvements so that campaigns stay on brand and deliver measurable ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Finance and invoices: own day-to-day finance operations (expenses, invoice reconciliation, coding), manage budgets, requests, claims and evidence, monitor burn rate and recharge allocations, work with Finance/Procurement on exceptions, maintain month-end accruals and forecast accuracy, and keep a log of used Marketing Development Funds (MDF)
• Campaign coordination: support the EMEA Alliances Marketing team in running campaigns, coordinate asset creation, compliance and distribution, ensure proof of execution documentation, invoice collection and reconciliation, ROI tracking and data hygiene in calendars, trackers and Asana, and provide PMO support for priority initiatives
• Risk and quality: create and maintain checklists and playbooks for brand, regulatory and data-handling standards, ensure global brand, R&Q and GenAI steering committee compliance, maintain campaign R&Q logs (approvals, brand checks, consent and usage rights, privacy notes, legal sign-offs) and update Asana entries
• Reporting and ROI: follow KPI frameworks per campaign, instrument tracking with Insights/Analytics, maintain quality dashboards and manage ROI reporting for major campaigns
• AI enablement: partner with ETIC to pilot marketing AI use cases (asset tagging/search, briefing assistants, QBR pack automation, governance checks), document outcomes and scale successful pilots into operating standards
• Operations and tooling: keep project progress in Asana, and during event peaks coordinate tasks with Associates or approved flex capacity under governance (no line management)

Required profile

• 5-7 years in Marketing Operations/Enablement or Campaign/Project Management (B2B or professional services)
• Experience managing finance operations in marketing contexts (POs, invoices, MDF, recharges, accruals, forecasting, audit trail)
• Proven delivery in large, matrixed organisations and stakeholder management across EMEA
• Solid grasp of integrated campaigns and channel orchestration (owned/earned/paid) including data and measurement
• Ability to work across cultures and time zones, with flexibility for occasional travel
• Preferred: experience in large, matrixed or professional services environments (Big 4 preferred)

Required skills

• Hands-on use of Asana, Planner/Workfront, M365, Power Platform, Excel and VBA, and dashboards
• Strong financial acumen in marketing finance management (POs, MDF, accruals, forecasting)
• Comfort with automation, analytics and AI-enabled process improvements
