Brand Activation Associate Manager - Africa Export

About the role

Kraft Heinz is looking for a Brand Activation Associate Manager to drive consumer demand and strengthen its presence across Africa Export territories. The role leads geographic expansion and portfolio diversification across the continent, ensuring global brand strategies are localized and products win at shelf through strong trade execution and high-impact consumer activations.

Key responsibilities

• Brand management and strategy: plan with the Marketing Head on the Annual Operating Plan, design acquisition campaigns, run and monitor campaigns from planning to execution, localize global brand guidelines, lead new product launches (including P&L management and post-launch audits), and manage the advertising and promotion budget.
• Trade marketing and channel execution: define picture-of-success standards at shelf (planograms, secondary displays, pricing compliance) for modern and traditional trade, work with export partners and distributors on POSM, sales kits and incentives, design trade promotions and loyalty programs, and manage third-party merchandising and sampling agencies.
• Market intelligence: analyze monthly sell-in, sell-out and audit data (including Nielsen), benchmark competitors, and use consumer research to understand the market.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of FMCG experience.
• Experience across Africa Export markets or other emerging markets is highly preferred.
• Understanding of logistics, regulatory and cultural nuances across the continent.
