Marketing & Service Specialist – Ceramic Materials

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Marketing & Service Specialist to join our chemical division in Giza. The role blends laboratory expertise, technical customer support, and commercial activities to help clients optimise formulations, production processes, and product performance in the ceramics sector.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with customers to drive satisfaction and business growth.
• Provide technical guidance on ceramic raw materials, glazes, and inks, ensuring optimal performance.
• Conduct regular on‑site visits to evaluate processes, support product implementation, troubleshoot issues, and recommend solutions.
• Prepare product trials, technical reports, demonstrations, and customer presentations.
• Monitor product performance and feedback, identifying improvement opportunities and new business.
• Support commercial activities by following up on quotations, orders, and customer requests.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, reports, and activities in the company’s CRM system.
• Stay updated on market trends, new technologies, and competitor products in the ceramic industry.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Applied Ceramic Art, Applied Chemistry, Materials Science or a related scientific discipline.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong customer relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and customer‑focused attitude.
