Marketing Specialist

About the role
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to lead the social media presence and marketing campaigns for our restaurant brands Slice & Shake and AJ’s American Smashed Burgers. The role is hands‑on, based in Cairo, and involves creating and executing content directly from our locations.
Key responsibilities
- Design, launch and manage end‑to‑end marketing campaigns, defining concept, timing, channel mix and rollout across organic and paid channels.
- Own and operate TikTok, Instagram and Facebook accounts for each brand – planning, scheduling, posting and monitoring trends.
- Capture and publish live stories and short‑form video using a smartphone on‑site.
- Produce a steady stream of posts, reels and short videos and maintain a content calendar.
- Plan and execute paid social media buying through Meta Ads Manager/Business Suite, managing budgets and targeting.
- Maintain brand voice and visual guidelines while keeping each brand distinct.
- Set, track and report on KPIs such as reach, engagement, orders and foot‑traffic, taking responsibility for results.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably with food‑and‑beverage brands.
- Fluent in written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus.
- Self‑directed, organized and able to manage calendars without supervision.
- Experience handling multiple brands simultaneously is advantageous.
