Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to lead and execute brand‑building activities for a fast‑growing skincare and cosmetics company. You will be responsible for boosting visibility, engagement, and growth across both digital and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and monitor integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline media.
• Maintain the social media content calendar and collaborate with designers and content creators.
• Track competitor activity and market trends within the beauty industry.
• Support product launches with go‑to‑market plans and promotional assets.
• Analyse campaign performance, generate reports and provide actionable insights.
• Coordinate with external agencies, influencers and vendors as needed.
• Assist in budgeting, track marketing spend and ensure cost efficiency.
• Support offline initiatives such as events, pop‑ups and in‑store promotions.
• Work closely with sales and customer service teams to align messaging with business objectives.

Required profile

• University degree in a related field.
• 2–4 years of marketing experience, preferably in skincare, cosmetics or beauty.
• Excellent command of English and strong written communication.
• Motivated, creative, disciplined and able to adapt to fast‑changing environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using common marketing tools and platforms.
