Marketing Specialist (Remote)

About the role

SYNC is seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist to support our US‑based clients with a wide range of marketing activities. You will work remotely, focusing on brand building, lead generation, and strategic marketing initiatives for diverse industries.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage marketing strategies across digital and print platforms.
• Optimize social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Business) to ensure brand consistency.
• Engage with leads and prospects, fostering relationships and driving conversions.
• Create and manage email campaigns, newsletters, and referral programs.
• Perform basic SEO optimization and oversee website backend tasks.
• Design and produce marketing collateral and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with other marketing team members and maintain a content posting calendar.
• Coordinate branding efforts, including merchandise, promotional items, and events.
• Provide general marketing and administrative support as needed.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (C1 level or higher) with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Minimum 2 years of professional marketing experience; experience in real estate is a plus.
• College degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Self‑motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently for a single client.
