Marketing Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Marketing Specialist to join our team remotely. You will design and execute integrated marketing programs that drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support sales growth across our product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company revenue goals.
• Define target buyer personas and conduct market research to shape positioning and messaging.
• Plan, launch, and optimise digital campaigns across email, social media, paid ads and content channels.
• Manage our presence on LinkedIn, Twitter/X and other relevant platforms.
• Create and execute email marketing sequences and marketing‑automation workflows using HubSpot, Marketo or similar tools.
• Produce marketing collateral such as blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, website copy and sales enablement materials.
• Generate and nurture leads through content marketing, outbound outreach and paid advertising.
• Collaborate with sales, product and customer‑success teams to align messaging and gather market insights.
• Set up analytics, track KPIs, produce performance reports and run A/B tests to improve conversion rates.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of professional marketing experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns.
• Excellent written communication skills and attention to brand consistency.

Required skills

• HubSpot or Marketo (marketing automation platforms).
• Google Analytics (or similar analytics tools).
• Email marketing and campaign management.
• Social media management (LinkedIn, Twitter/X).
• Content creation for blogs, case studies, whitepapers.
• A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation.
