Mass Hiring Recruitment Specialist

About the role

Guide Academy is seeking a Mass Hiring Recruitment Specialist to lead high‑volume recruitment campaigns for a range of client organisations. Based on‑site in Cairo, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, evaluating and onboarding large pools of candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Source and screen large volumes of candidates across multiple channels.
• Conduct structured and competency‑based interviews and coordinate assessment activities.
• Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and update the applicant tracking system.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and trainers to understand role requirements and align talent selection with client needs.
• Support onboarding processes and ensure smooth transition of selected candidates.
• Communicate continuously with candidates and internal stakeholders to keep them informed.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and generate regular hiring reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing mass or high‑volume recruitment campaigns.
• Strong interviewing techniques, including structured and competency‑based methods.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in training or coordinating onboarding activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
• Detail‑oriented, data‑driven mindset and ability to produce clear recruitment metrics.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Cairo and thrive in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.
