Mass Hiring Recruitment Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Mass Hiring Recruitment Specialist to lead high‑volume hiring initiatives for frontline and operational positions. You will be responsible for quickly sourcing, screening, and onboarding large numbers of candidates while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for high‑volume roles, from posting to offer.
• Proactively source candidates via job boards, social media, employee referrals, and virtual or in‑person hiring events.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role expectations, timelines, and market strategies.
• Organise and host job fairs, walk‑in sessions, and mass outreach campaigns.
• Build and sustain a robust candidate pipeline to meet fluctuating business needs.
• Utilise ATS and recruitment analytics to monitor, improve, and report on hiring metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in high‑volume recruitment within fast‑paced industries such as BPO, manufacturing, retail, or logistics.
• Strong interpersonal and organisational abilities with capacity to juggle multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
