MEA CSL Excellence Manager

About the role

Mars is looking for a Middle East and Africa (MEA) Customer Service & Logistics Excellence Manager in Cairo. The role ensures supply chain strategy deployment and delivery across all MEA units and factories, owns the value creation roadmap and regional transformation programs, and reports on supply chain performance and digitalization. It sits within the Customer Service and Logistics leadership team, reporting to the Customer Service and Logistics Director.

Key responsibilities

• Own customer service level management processes, standardizing measures such as case-fill to trade, on-time delivery and refusals across markets, factories and categories
• Lead the operating plan process to improve service levels and lead all regional reporting workstreams, acting as single point of contact with global teams
• Drive logistics conversion cost optimization through regional operating plans, conversion cost management reviews and gap closure plans
• Adopt best practices and lead digital transformation and regional transformation projects alongside supply directors

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, business or economics; Master's in supply chain management or business data analytics preferred
• 7-10 years of supply chain experience in logistics, customer service and supply planning
• Fluent English (verbal and written)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to work under pressure
• PMP certification preferred
