Mechanical Operation and Maintenance Engineer

About the role

As a Mechanical Operation and Maintenance Engineer you will support the Facility Management and Operations Department, ensuring reliability, safety and efficiency of all mechanical systems across the portfolio. You will work closely with electrical, civil, procurement and quality teams to optimise performance and achieve business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse daily, weekly and monthly preventive and corrective maintenance reports and dashboards.
• Monitor mechanical equipment KPIs (HVAC, plumbing, fire‑fighting systems) and provide insights for management decisions.
• Track maintenance performance against Service Level Agreements and identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain accurate technical records in CMMS and ERP systems.
• Review and optimise mechanical processes to improve reliability and water/energy efficiency.
• Develop and maintain operation procedures, technical manuals and documentation.
• Identify technical gaps, propose solutions and support implementation of new technologies, HVAC automation and smart‑building integrations.
• Manage inventory data for spare parts and equipment, generate forecasts and performance analyses.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external contractors to resolve complex operational issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 48 months (4 years) of experience in mechanical operation and maintenance.
