Mechanical Technical Office Engineer

About the role

CoreTec for Engineering is seeking a Mechanical Technical Office Engineer to support the preparation, coordination, and documentation of mechanical works on MEP projects. The role involves close interaction with site engineers and project teams to ensure design compliance and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review shop drawings, as‑built drawings, and technical documentation.
• Produce as‑built drawings based on actual site execution.
• Prepare and follow up on invoices, statements, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with site engineers to monitor mechanical works progress.
• Review drawings to ensure site execution matches approved designs.
• Support quantity take‑offs and other technical office activities.
• Resolve technical issues in collaboration with project teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience in a Mechanical Technical Office role, preferably in contracting or MEP companies.
• Practical experience with HVAC and/or firefighting systems.
• Ability to read and coordinate mechanical drawings.
