About the role
We are seeking motivated pharmacy or medical science graduates to join our team as Medical Client Experience Agents. This position bridges healthcare knowledge with administrative excellence, ensuring a seamless experience for our medical clients.
Key responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries and provide accurate information regarding medical services.
- Maintain and update client records in compliance with privacy regulations.
- Coordinate appointments, follow‑ups, and documentation between patients and healthcare providers.
- Assist in preparing reports and tracking key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational workflows and patient safety.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Strong interest in transitioning to a medical administrative role.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
