Medical Representative

About the role

The Medical Representative will work full‑time on‑site in Cairo, promoting Boston Pharmaceutical Group’s diverse portfolio to healthcare professionals, clinics and pharmacies. You will act as the primary point of contact for product information and support the appropriate use of medicines.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and conduct sales calls to doctors, pharmacists and clinic staff.
• Deliver product presentations and provide detailed information on the portfolio.
• Follow up on orders, ensure timely delivery and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and report field insights to the sales and marketing teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve territory sales targets.
• Document activities accurately and comply with ethical and regulatory standards.
• Continuously develop product knowledge.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Prior experience in pharmaceutical field‑based sales is preferred.
• Relevant university degree (Pharmacy, Veterinary, Science or related field).
• Valid driving licence.
• Strong organisational abilities, goal‑orientation and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is beneficial.
