Medical Representative

About the role

The Medical Representative will join Gypto Pharma’s sales team in Egypt, promoting the company’s pharmaceutical portfolio to healthcare professionals and pharmacies. This full‑time, on‑site position involves building strong relationships, delivering scientific product information, and supporting the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Visit doctors, pharmacists and other medical stakeholders on a regular basis to present product benefits and scientific data.
• Gather market intelligence, monitor competitor activities and report feedback to internal teams.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to marketing initiatives.
• Ensure all promotional activities comply with company policies and local regulations.
• Plan daily routes, document visits and maintain accurate records using digital tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related field.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently, travel frequently within the assigned territory and adapt to market changes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, Medicine or a related discipline (preferred).
• Fluency in Arabic and good command of English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office and basic digital reporting tools.
