Medical Services Coordinator – Patient Care Coordination

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Medical Services Coordinator to oversee the full patient journey for individuals seeking medical treatment in Egypt. You will act as the main liaison between patients, hospitals, doctors, and service providers, ensuring a seamless and well‑organized experience.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and follow up on patient requests for medical treatment in Egypt.
• Coordinate with hospitals, doctors, and medical service providers to schedule consultations, examinations, and treatments.
• Track each patient’s progress from initial consultation through completion of services.
• Manage reception services, appointments, and related administrative tasks.
• Maintain continuous communication with patients and their families, providing support and follow‑up.
• Prepare and monitor service quotations and generate patient‑related reports.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in the medical field, service coordination, medical tourism, or customer service.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; medical or administrative specializations preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Strong organizational and follow‑up skills with a professional, courteous attitude.
• Good command of English; knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and take responsibility.

• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with CRM systems.
