MEP Technical Coordinator (Water Structure)

About the role

The MEP Technical Coordinator will lead the design, preparation and execution of mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) drawings for water structure projects, ensuring compliance with approved architectural designs and standards.

Key responsibilities

• Study, design, and issue MEP technical drawings following approved architecture design drawings.
• Undertake full study of new projects, including MEP technical specifications, drawings, quantity surveying and required details.
• Ensure work execution aligns with contract specifications, approved design drawings, agreed procedures, and method statements.
• Complete MEP technical calculations and select relevant materials and specifications per approved standards.
• Prepare MEP as‑built drawings as required by projects.
• Perform periodic site visits to verify quality of executed works.
• Resolve MEP issues on site to prevent project delays.
• Control utility consumption to achieve required savings.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 1–2 years of experience in an MEP technical office; water structure design experience is a plus.
