About the role

The Economic Group for Food Industries is looking for a Production Engineer to lead operations in its food manufacturing plant in Beni Suef. The role requires strong knowledge of food factory processes, compliance with Food Safety Authority regulations, and the ability to drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Implement and monitor production KPIs to achieve targets.
• Lead and motivate the production team, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Ensure all operations comply with Food Safety Authority policies.
• Apply lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve throughput.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture.
• 3‑5 years of experience in the FMCG sector, preferably in food production.
• Background in ERB is preferred.
• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Comprehensive understanding of production KPIs.
