About the role

We are looking for an Architectural Technical Office Engineer to join our team working on projects in the Fifth Settlement area, 90th Street, New Cairo. The role involves handling technical office tasks, coordinating between design disciplines, and ensuring that executed works match the approved drawings.

Key responsibilities

• Review and approve shop drawings and detailed architectural drawings.
• Prepare quantity take‑offs, BOQ, payment applications and invoices.
• Issue and manage Requests for Information (RFIs) and follow up on responses.
• Coordinate between site teams and the design office, covering MEP, structural and architectural disciplines.
• Monitor revisions, produce as‑built drawings and verify work against plans.
• Document technical specifications, produce reports and maintain project records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with a contracting company.
• Residency in Greater Cairo is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (preferred).
• Proficiency in Revit (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural and electrical drawings.
• Capability to coordinate across MEP, structural and architectural disciplines.
