Microsoft Dynamics Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics Consultant to design, develop, and support enterprise CRM solutions on the Dynamics 365 platform. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to translate business needs into scalable technical implementations across Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and related Power Platform services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 CRM modules based on functional specifications.
• Develop advanced customizations such as C# plugins, workflows, business logic, and automation using Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Implement integrations with external systems via REST APIs, custom connectors, and Azure services.
• Model data in Microsoft Dataverse and ensure consistent data architecture across CRM components.
• Support the deployment and configuration of Copilot and Copilot Studio capabilities.
• Participate in solution design discussions, provide technical recommendations, and mentor junior team members.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 month of professional experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve complex technical issues.
• Ability to work collaboratively with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders.
