Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Developer

About the role

Accenture is looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Developer to design, develop, and customize Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions for its clients in Egypt. You will work closely with functional consultants and QA teams to deliver high‑quality, standards‑compliant components on the Power Platform.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Field Service and Marketing.
• Develop plugins, custom workflow activities and APIs using C#/.NET and the XRM SDK.
• Implement client‑side logic with JavaScript/TypeScript and build UI enhancements using PowerApps Component Framework (PCF) controls.
• Design Model‑Driven and Canvas Power Apps and automate processes with Power Automate.
• Create and manage Dataverse entities, relationships, business rules and security roles.
• Integrate external systems via REST, OData and Dataverse Web API, and support data migration and ETL activities.
• Follow coding standards, participate in code reviews and ensure compliance with security and performance guidelines.
• Support ALM practices, including solution layering, versioning and deployment through Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement and daily stand‑ups.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of hands‑on experience developing Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, agile environment.
• Good communication skills to interact with technical leads, functional consultants and QA teams.
