About the Role

Join Paradigm Studio as a Marketing Designer & Content Creator, where creativity meets strategy. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our visual identity by transforming marketing objectives into high-impact visual stories that resonate across all digital and print platforms.

Main Missions

• Design attractive visual assets for social media, websites, newsletters, and promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to conceptualize and execute creative ideas aligned with brand strategy.
• Develop a wide range of digital and print assets, including posts, banners, brochures, infographics, and event materials.
• Ensure strict brand consistency by following and evolving Paradigm Studio's visual guidelines.
• Partner with Marketing and Business Development teams to translate business goals into effective visual concepts.
• Coordinate with external vendors such as printers, photographers, and videographers to ensure high-quality production.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and all outputs maintain excellence and accuracy.

Profile Required

• Degree in Graphic Design or a related creative field.
• 2-3 years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Strong understanding of visual trends on social media platforms.
• Exceptional attention to detail and mastery of typography and layout.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment while managing multiple tasks.
• Creative mindset with a strong brand-oriented approach.

Required Skills

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Proficiency in Video Editing or Motion Graphics.
• Visual Storytelling and Brand Identity management.
• Project Management and coordination skills.
