About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at Nile Plaza is looking for a full-time Mixologist to join its team. The Mixologist uses expertise, innovation and hospitality skills to create memorable moments for guests through expertly crafted cocktails and beverages, maintaining the highest standards of beverage quality and guest service.

Key responsibilities

• Create memorable moments for guests through expertly crafted cocktails and beverages
• Maintain the highest standards of beverage quality and guest service
• Prepare every drink with consistency, creativity and attention to detail

Required profile

• Genuine passion for hospitality and enjoyment of creating unique, memorable experiences for guests
• Good reading, writing and spoken English
• A college degree is preferred
• At least one year of mixology, bartending or related food and beverage experience is an advantage

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, liqueurs and wines
• Knowledge of current beverage trends
• Confident, professional service delivery
