Mobile Development Platform Team Lead

About the role

onebank, Egypt’s first digital native bank, is looking for a visionary Mobile Development Platform Team Lead. The role combines leadership of Android and iOS engineering teams with responsibility for shaping the technical roadmap of its mobile banking products.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the long‑term technical vision for Android and/or iOS platforms, aligning with product strategy.
• Lead agile sprint planning, remove blockers, and ensure high‑quality, predictable delivery of core banking features.
• Architect mission‑critical mobile systems, enforce coding standards, and conduct thorough code and pull‑request reviews.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, security specialists, and UX designers to create secure and frictionless user experiences.

Required profile

• Proven track record of building scalable Android and/or iOS applications.
• Strong leadership experience guiding mobile engineering teams.
• Ability to make architectural decisions and champion engineering excellence.
