About the role

Elfayrouz for Trading is looking for a motivated Sales Employee to promote and sell tyres and batteries to a diverse customer base. The role combines in‑store interaction, phone and digital communication, and requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate tyre and battery products.
• Prepare quotations, process orders and follow up to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and record customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with warehouse and finance teams to streamline order fulfillment.
• Support promotional activities and assist in merchandising displays.

Required profile

• Proven sales abilities, including relationship management, negotiation and closing.
• Basic understanding of automotive products with a willingness to learn technical details quickly.
• Strong communication skills in Arabic; functional English is a plus.
• High integrity, reliability and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setting based in Giza and collaborate with team members.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheets.
• Experience using point‑of‑sale software.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms.
