Multimedia and digital UX Associate

About the role

The Multimedia and Digital UX Associate will blend creative content production with user‑centred design to boost digital engagement for Minapharm’s online platforms. You will create high‑quality multimedia assets while shaping intuitive interfaces and user flows across web, mobile and social media channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce graphics, layouts and branding materials for digital and print use.
• Manage the full video production cycle, including editing, sound and visual effects.
• Create motion graphics and animations as required.
• Lead creative direction on design and motion projects, ensuring brand consistency.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver innovative and timely creative solutions.
• Stay updated on best practices, industry trends, tools and creative approaches.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in design and video editing, preferably in an agency or corporate environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both static and motion work.
• Excellent eye for design, typography, colour and storytelling.
• Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.
