National Sales Manager – Fire & Life Safety (Egypt)

About the role

Ajax Systems, a leading European security and automation manufacturer, is seeking a National Sales Manager to drive the launch and growth of its EN54 fire safety product line in Egypt. You will be responsible for building a robust sales network, establishing key partnerships, and achieving ambitious revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic business development plan for the EN54 fire safety portfolio.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new fire installers across Egypt, ensuring coverage of key markets and verticals.
• Collaborate with consultants, architects, and design firms to specify Ajax products in projects.
• Maintain and expand relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Analyse market data to shape effective sales strategies.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and partners.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements.
• Manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
• Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in fire and life safety or a related industry in Egypt.
• Strong technical knowledge of fire alarm certifications, standards (including EN54), and market requirements.
• Well‑connected with top fire alarm installers, consultants, architects, and design companies.
• Proven track record of leading the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to deal closure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at an executive level.
• Strong analytical abilities.
