About the role
We are seeking a Nespresso Customer Service Specialist to join Nestlé Business Solutions in Cairo. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries across voice, email and chat for both B2C and B2B channels.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with customers via phone, email and chat, identifying needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Prioritize first‑contact resolution to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Manage complaints with empathy, turning feedback into service improvements.
- Advise customers on the full range of Nespresso products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow‑up actions.
Required profile
- 0‑2 years of experience in customer‑engagement or call‑center services.
- Fluent English (C1 level) with excellent communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal abilities and a positive, collaborative mindset.
- Ability to multitask, organize and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
- Demonstrated work ethic and respectfulness.
