Network Security Engineer (Fluent English)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Network Security Engineer to design, implement, and maintain robust security solutions for our infrastructure. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and can work collaboratively with internal teams to protect our network assets.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and related security technologies.
• Monitor network traffic for anomalies and apply corrective security measures.
• Conduct regular security assessments, audits, and vulnerability scans.
• Configure firewall policies to align with best practices and organizational requirements.
• Investigate and respond to security incidents promptly.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to remediate identified weaknesses.
• Develop and enforce network security policies and provide staff training on security best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, firewall technologies, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
• Hands‑on experience with security tools such as Wireshark, Nmap, and Snort.
• Familiarity with cloud gateways (e.g., Barracuda, Kaspersky Endpoint) and a range of security solutions.
• Knowledge of encryption, VPN implementations, and compliance standards (ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS).
• Analytical mindset, problem‑solving ability, and excellent communication skills.
• Relevant certifications (CISSP, CCNA Security) are a plus.
