On Premise Musketeer - Alexandria

About the role

The Musketeer – On Premise is the face of the brand in bars, cafés, restaurants, clubs, universities and other hospitality venues. The role drives distribution, visibility and consumption of the company's products in Alexandria by building strong relationships, spotting growth opportunities and running sales and marketing initiatives that deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term partnerships with outlet owners, managers, bar staff, promoters and distributors, acting as a trusted business consultant and ensuring a premium brand image across outlets.
• Own the territory, understand its trends, competitors and consumption occasions, identify new business and develop territory plans aligned with company strategy.
• Drive volume growth through activations, promotions and visibility initiatives, and ensure correct product availability, pricing alignment and compliance.
• Support and execute on-premise events and third-party activations such as nightlife events and festivals, keeping them approved, documented and aligned with ROI objectives.
• Plan weekly and monthly activities, track and report daily field activity, market feedback, new openings and competitor insights, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Distribution teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales, on-premise, FMCG, hospitality or a related field; HORECA experience is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills, with a commercially aware, analytical and self-motivated approach.
• Ability to adapt communication style to the audience and to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Required skills

• Full working knowledge of MS Office.
• Ability to assess sales data and customer performance.
