OPD Night Supervisor

About the role

The OPD Night Supervisor will oversee medical, nursing and administrative staff during night shifts at Cleopatra Hospitals Group. This role ensures smooth patient flow, accurate documentation and adherence to clinical protocols throughout the overnight period.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise medical, nursing, and administrative personnel during night shifts.
• Coordinate patient flow, appointment and registration processes.
• Resolve operational and clinical issues promptly and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, clinical protocols, and infection control standards.
• Maintain accurate logs, documentation and reports.
• Support patient and family communication, handling escalations as needed.
• Collaborate with emergency, radiology, and laboratory departments to ensure continuity of care.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Medicine and Surgery (MBBCh/Medical Doctor) with a valid medical practice license.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervision experience in a clinical or outpatient setting.
• Strong patient care management skills, including triage and service quality during busy shifts.
• Solid knowledge of hospital operations, clinical protocols and infection control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to make sound decisions under pressure during night shifts.
• Willingness to work full‑time night shifts on‑site in 6th of October.
