Operation Excellence Section Head (Process Improvement)

About the role

The Operation Excellence Section Head will lead the design, improvement, and optimisation of business processes across the organisation. This senior position combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution to drive efficiency, quality and cost‑effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Design and document business processes, SOPs and workflows using Visio and BPMN.
• Translate business requirements into standardised, scalable process designs while maintaining governance and documentation standards.
• Analyse existing processes to identify gaps, bottlenecks, waste and root causes.
• Apply Lean and continuous‑improvement methodologies to enhance performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement sustainable improvement initiatives.
• Optimise process performance through data analysis and KPI monitoring.
• Partner with IT and Digital teams to automate and streamline processes.
• Measure, report and sustain improvements in productivity, quality, cost and cycle time.
