Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Hotel Management or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar Operations Manager position within the hospitality industry.
• Proven experience in hotel operations, guest services, food and beverage, housekeeping or resort management.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Sound knowledge of hospitality operational standards, policies and best practices.
• Ability to manage budgets, control costs and improve operational efficiency.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and hotel management systems.
