About the role
We are seeking an Operations Executive to manage freight forwarding activities, ensuring smooth export and import shipments from booking through to final delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Handle export and import shipments from booking to final delivery.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, overseas agents, and customers.
- Prepare and follow up on all required shipping documentation.
- Track shipments, resolve operational issues, and ensure timely execution.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding operations.
- Strong knowledge of shipping documentation and freight procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
- Good command of English.
