Operations Executive

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Operations Executive to support and manage operational activities in consumer finance and auto‑loan services. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between internal teams and customers, ensuring smooth processes and high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Customer Care, Product Management and other internal teams to coordinate resources throughout the sales and operational cycle.
• Present company products, services and operational processes to new and existing customers.
• Identify potential customer opportunities and support business‑growth initiatives.
• Ensure operational targets and company standards are consistently met.
• Prepare, explain and archive customer contracts, guaranteeing accurate documentation.
• Provide accurate operational and sales‑related reports and forecasts as required.
• Foster a collaborative and professional working environment across teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Commerce, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, preferably within auto‑loan and consumer‑finance environments.
• Strong communication, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and proficiency in handling documentation.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast‑paced setting.
