Operations Executive

About the role

The Operations Executive supports the day‑to‑day running of a shopping mall, ensuring a safe, clean and high‑quality environment for visitors and tenants. You will coordinate with tenants, service providers, contractors and internal teams to maintain health, safety, hygiene and merchandising standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily mall operations to deliver a world‑class shopping experience.
• Oversee health, safety and hygiene standards across the premises.
• Organise and remodel design control zones for tenant units.
• Assist the admin team with reports and paperwork related to operations.
• Conduct daily inspections, report deficiencies and follow up with the Operations Manager.
• Handle tenant and service‑provider requests for minor maintenance and site access.
• Coordinate with mall departments on issues affecting operations.
• Guide and improve performance of service providers such as security, housekeeping, landscaping and pest control.
• Check kiosks and retail units for fit‑out and merchandising compliance.
• Monitor contractor performance, KPIs and improvement reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1 to 3 years of experience, preferably in mall or retail operations.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
