Operations Integration Engineer

About the role

Amazon Egypt is looking for an Operations Integration Engineer to drive process innovation and transformation across its fulfillment, transportation, and delivery network. You will play a pivotal role in designing, launching, and continuously improving programs that enhance associate experience and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch, and manage new operational programs aligned with Amazon’s core values.
• Oversee existing programs, identify improvement opportunities, and implement enhancements.
• Collaborate on the roadmap for standard process upgrades across Egypt sites.
• Support implementation of change at site and regional levels, ensuring consistent execution.
• Develop mechanisms to capture best practices, drive standardization, and lead pilot trials.
• Engage with stakeholders across Egypt, AMET, and worldwide teams to foster innovation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Fluent in written and spoken English (required) and Arabic (preferred).
• Resident of the geographic area of the position and able to travel domestically up to 25% of the time.
