Operations Team Lead – Fashion

About the role

The Operations Team Lead will oversee daily operational and fulfillment activities for a fashion business, ensuring timely order dispatch, high accuracy, and efficient resource utilization. This role translates strategic plans into actionable daily tasks and measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end order processing, from release to final dispatch, meeting daily targets and service level agreements.
• Plan manpower allocation, schedule shifts, and supervise Operations Specialists, Fulfillment, Packing, and QC teams.
• Maintain system data accuracy, monitor workflow efficiency, and remove operational bottlenecks.
• Ensure orders meet quality, packing, and branding standards; conduct random audits and enforce SOPs.
• Track KPIs such as orders dispatched per day, accuracy rate, and team productivity; prepare performance reports.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies, support automation projects, and propose cost‑saving improvements.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Inventory, IT, and Finance to resolve issues and align data.
• Act as first escalation point for operational problems, handling urgent delays, staffing shortages, and system errors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations, fulfillment or logistics, preferably within the fashion sector.
• Proven ability to lead teams, allocate resources, and meet dispatch targets.
• Strong analytical skills for KPI monitoring and performance reporting.
• Experience in process improvement, automation support, and cross‑functional coordination.
