Operator & License Owner – Cairo

About the role

Stranger Soccer is looking for an entrepreneurial Operator & License Owner to launch and run its football platform in Cairo. You will be responsible for building the local ecosystem, securing venues, and delivering a great playing experience for thousands of football enthusiasts.

Key responsibilities

• Launch and grow the Stranger Soccer brand in Cairo.
• Establish partnerships with football venues and secure quality playing locations.
• Recruit, coordinate and support Official Hosts and local team members.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives to attract players and expand the community.
• Oversee day‑to‑day game operations and ensure an outstanding player experience.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and expansion of the local operation.

Required profile

• Passion for football and deep understanding of the local football community.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
• Proven experience in operations, community management or customer experience with measurable results.
• Strong leadership, communication and relationship‑building abilities.
