About the role

We are seeking an Oracle ERP HCM Consultant with hands‑on experience in both Oracle EBS HRMS and Oracle Fusion Cloud to implement and support Human Capital Management solutions.

Key responsibilities

Implement and support Oracle HCM solutions across Core HR, Payroll, Self‑Service and Absence modules.
Analyze HR business requirements and translate them into Oracle configurations.
Perform configuration, testing and troubleshooting activities.
Support integrations and data migration efforts.
Participate in implementation projects and provide production support.

Required profile

Strong hands‑on experience in Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud.
Experience in implementation and/or production support.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Experience with government or semi‑government organizations is an advantage.
Candidates currently based in Saudi Arabia are preferred.
