Oracle HCM Consultant – Associate

About the role

PwC is looking for an Oracle HCM Consultant at the Associate level to join its business application consulting team in Cairo. You will work with clients to analyse their needs, implement Oracle HCM solutions and provide training and support to ensure seamless adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM configurations.
• Implement software solutions, integrate with existing enterprise systems, and ensure high‑quality delivery.
• Develop and deliver training materials and support sessions for end‑users.
• Collaborate with project teams to build strong client relationships and propose innovative ideas.
• Adapt to changing project scopes and maintain professional standards throughout engagements.
