Oracle SCM Senior Manager (ETIC)

About the role

PWC is seeking an experienced Oracle SCM Senior Manager to lead consulting engagements for clients in the ETIC region. You will combine deep Oracle expertise with strong leadership to help organisations optimise their supply‑chain processes and achieve strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client requirements and design end‑to‑end Oracle SCM solutions.
• Lead project planning, budgeting, execution and delivery, ensuring quality and timeline adherence.
• Coach and develop team members, leveraging their unique strengths to meet client expectations.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, address conflicts and conduct difficult conversations when needed.
• Uphold PwC professional standards, code of conduct and independence requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering Oracle applications consulting, preferably in supply‑chain management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor and manage performance.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and business audiences.
