Outbound Telesales Representative – Travel Packages

About the role

As an Outbound Telesales Representative for LaunchPM, you will contact international prospects by phone to promote and sell customized hotel packages. The role focuses on generating bookings, delivering excellent service, and meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to foreign clients, introducing hotel packages and travel services.
• Present offers clearly, tailoring the conversation to each customer’s travel needs.
• Answer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve concerns during calls.
• Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns or previous contacts.
• Close sales and achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Record call outcomes, customer details, and booking information in the company database.
• Maintain professional and courteous communication with international clients.
• Collaborate with teammates to share insights and improve sales techniques.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication skills in English.
• Target‑driven attitude with ability to handle a high call volume.
• Experience in outbound telesales or call‑center environments is preferred.
• Ability to work fixed hours (3:15 pm – 12:30 am) including weekends.
• Professional demeanor and customer‑focused mindset.

What we offer

• Net base salary of EGP 20,000 per month.
• Commission starting from EGP 6,000 with no cap.
• Semi‑daily spiffs and weekly performance bonuses.
• Fixed working schedule and weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
