Outdoor Spare Parts Sales Representative – Sharkia

About the role

MTM Egypt is seeking a full‑time Remote Outdoor Sales Representative based in Sharkia to promote and sell auto spare parts across the assigned territory. You will visit existing and potential customers, understand their needs, and ensure they receive the right products and after‑sales support.

Key responsibilities

• Visit and manage relationships with existing and prospective customers in Sharkia and nearby regions.
• Identify customer requirements, recommend suitable auto spare parts, and prepare sales offers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to verify inventory availability and process orders.
• Track deliveries, handle after‑sales queries, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Report market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance to management.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with proven field‑sales experience, preferably in auto spare parts.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel within the territory.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Minimum high school diploma; technical or commercial qualifications in automotive or business are a plus.
