Outlet Team Leader – Food & Beverage

About the role

The Outlet Team Leader will oversee the daily operations of the hotel’s restaurants, banquet rooms and coffee‑break services at Rixos Premium Seagate. You will ensure that every service area is prepared to the highest standards, delivering a seamless and memorable experience for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare banquet rooms, restaurants and coffee‑break stations for service, ensuring all materials are correctly displayed.
• Inspect cleanliness and presentation of china, glassware and silverware before use.
• Set tables according to event type and service standards.
• Greet guests warmly, address their needs promptly and use their names whenever possible.
• Coordinate restaurant staff, monitor daily preparations and special‑occasion setups.
• Maintain equipment, identify technical breakdowns and arrange repairs.
• Control employee compliance with schedules, dress code and hygiene rules.
• Request daily supplies from storage and manage inventory usage.
• Organise guest seating, greeting and farewell processes.
• Train team members, model best practices and communicate manager directives.
• Promote environmental awareness by minimizing waste and supporting sustainability initiatives.
