Overnight Medical Scribe – Support Physicians (Night Shift)

About the role
The company is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Medical Scribe to work overnight shifts in Heliopolis. The scribe will support physicians by documenting patient encounters in real time, ensuring accurate and compliant medical records.
Key responsibilities
- Enter patient histories, physical exam findings, diagnoses and treatment plans into the electronic medical record during night shifts.
- Update charts, prepare documentation for diagnostic tests and procedures, and verify completeness of records.
- Coordinate with medical staff to clarify documentation requirements and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Assist physicians with workflow and ensure adherence to clinical and regulatory standards.
Required profile
- Medical degree (Medicine) or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in medical assisting, scribing or similar clinical support roles is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and human anatomy.
- Ability to work reliably on overnight, on‑site shifts.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
- Fast and accurate typing.
