Packaging Procurement Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Packaging Procurement Executive to lead end‑to‑end sourcing of packaging materials in Cairo. The role focuses on identifying, evaluating and managing suppliers while ensuring cost‑effective, timely and quality‑driven delivery of packaging solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support the full procurement cycle for packaging, from sourcing and supplier coordination to negotiation and delivery tracking.
• Identify, evaluate and manage packaging suppliers based on cost, quality, delivery capability and service levels.
• Work across packaging categories, formats and conversion technologies, understanding associated cost structures.
• Coordinate quotations, technical inputs, timelines and commercial terms with suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, terms and delivery conditions to achieve cost‑effectiveness and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to capture packaging requirements and set procurement priorities.
• Ensure contracts and supplier agreements are execution‑ready and aligned with business needs.
• Track procurement progress, resolve delays or supplier‑related issues, and support cost comparison and benchmarking.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in packaging procurement, sourcing or supplier management.
• Strong understanding of packaging formats, materials, conversion technologies and cost drivers.
• Proven ability to manage procurement from sourcing through delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder coordination and supplier management capabilities.
• Good commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Fluent English communication.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and manage timelines effectively.
