About the role
We are seeking a compassionate, customer‑focused Intake Coordinator to join our team on a part‑time, remote basis. You will contact existing leads, guide them through enrollment for free government meal programs, and ensure a smooth, supportive experience.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to existing leads and applicants.
- Assist individuals with enrollment for free government meal programs.
- Provide accurate information and answer questions professionally.
- Follow call scripts and intake procedures.
- Maintain detailed records of calls and applicant information.
- Schedule follow‑ups and collect all required documentation.
- Communicate with clients in English, Arabic, and/or Spanish.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑service and communication abilities.
- Fluent in Arabic and/or Spanish is preferred.
- Comfortable making daily outbound calls.
- Good listening, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
- Detail‑oriented and able to work independently.
- Previous call‑center, intake coordination, or customer‑support experience is a plus.
