About the role
VOIS, the strategic arm of Vodafone Group, is looking for a German‑speaking Partner Delivery Assurance Specialist to support its partner ecosystem. You will work within a global shared‑services environment, collaborating with customers and partners across multiple countries.
Key responsibilities
- Assist partners in delivering Vodafone‑aligned solutions and services.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure delivery quality and compliance.
- Support transformation initiatives alongside Accenture and other technology partners.
- Monitor delivery metrics and provide assurance reporting.
Required profile
- Fluent German communication skills.
- Experience working in a telecom or technology services environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration abilities.
