Part‑time Remote FIDIC Contracts & Claims Instructor

About the role

Link Academy is seeking a part‑time, remote instructor to develop and deliver specialized courses on FIDIC contracts. You will guide learners through practical applications of the Red Book, Yellow Book and White Book, focusing on contract clauses, claims handling and dispute resolution in international construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design and update online training modules covering the FIDIC Rainbow Suite (1999 and 2017 editions).
• Deliver live virtual sessions and recorded lessons with clear, actionable explanations.
• Provide mentorship on claims management, risk allocation and dispute resolution techniques.
• Assess participant progress and offer feedback to ensure mastery of contract concepts.
• Collaborate with the curriculum team to align content with PMI standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience working with FIDIC contracts in project or contracts management.
• Demonstrated expertise in claims and dispute management under FIDIC rules.
• Relevant certifications such as FIDIC Certified Trainer are highly desirable.
• Proven experience delivering professional training or workshops.
